Policies

At Champagne & Cupcakes, LLC, our aim is to make shopping with us as enjoyable as possible. That’s why we work hard to make sure our store policies are fair, clear and transparent. Order Policy:

All products are for illustration purposes only and all work is custom for your order. Please specify any specific colors you wish to have during ordering. 24hr online available on all online orders placed. Delivery is available 5 days a week (Wednesday-Sunday).

 

We require that all custom invoices must be paid within 72hours after received.  For all custom orders, we require a 1 week notice on orders placed. All payments not received within 48 hours will be automatically canceled and will not be edible for reorder. â€‹â€‹

Delivery Schedule:

Delivery services for all orders are now available 5 days a week (Wednesday-Sunday) for all online orders placed, minimum order amount is $48.00.  Please contact us directly for any orders that need to be delivered outside of that window.

Pickup Orders:

Pick up orders will be confirmed once order is placed. A grace period will be given of 15 minutes after the pickup time. After 15 minutes a charge of $15.00 will be applied up to 30 minutes after pick up time.  There will be no refunds given for all orders not picked up.
